No Rates Were Returned From My Contract

Check the following:

1)  No negotiated lanes on contract (contract>negotiated lanes);
2) Rate table not fully uploaded. Rate Tables>Upload Status shows "pending" ;
3) MGRateTable country must have an exact match in the codes table so that a rate will return (Example: RateTable = Canada; but codes table has CANADA will not work);
4) Carrier Connect: In Contract>Negotiated Lanes in the Service Area section. If Carrier Connect is selected, you should only use when the carrier is on the list at;
5) Rate Table Sorting. Make sure your rate table is sorted by OriginLoc/DestLoc. The system finds the first OriginLoc/DestLoc match – checks the date and goes to the next record if date is expired
